Victorian

Sally Katz Residence

This three story Victorian residence, located on a main thoroughfare in Longport, NJ has been impeccably finished inside and out.  Each detail of this lovely home has been carefully thought out. and executed.  Included on the 2014 Jewish Family Services House Tour, this prestigious invite was an honor which helped to raise thousands of dollars for the local charity.  The grand front stairs lead to the first floor deck and front entry.   The second floor deck  provides both ocean and bay views.  The centerpiece of the house is the three story stairwell, with a fantastic sculpture of seaside symbols rising through all three stories.  The house has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a Great Room with kitchen, living and dining, a large Bonus Room, and two fireplaces.

“Talented, creative and APPROACHABLE. Terri was a dream to work with and was available throughout our entire build and ready to help with any surprises.”  Sally Katz and David Price

Leupold Residence

This Victorian style three story home is located on Bay Ave. in Somers Point, NJ where it has a fantastic view of the water. Designed to blend beautifully into the Waterfront Historic District, its style and charm evokes that of its older neighbors, but with modern conveniences. Hidden behind its tradition detailing exists a home that was designed for multi-generational use, complete with elevator, extra large doorways and hallways, and spacious rooms and baths.

“We want to thank you for the phenomenal job you did in designing our new home….you were tireless in assisting us with the extended process of appearing multiple times in front of the zoning board and historical society. As your design became a reality we were often struck by how the details of your design, both big and small, contributed to how warm and open the house turned out to be. We are happy to recommend your services to anyone.”

Sincerely,
George and Ellie Leupold

Leshner Residence

This Victorian style home, located in the famous Marvin Gardens area of Margate, NJ, is a small gem of a house. Situated on a small, odd sized lot, the size of the house was greatly restricted. Even though it measures less than 2200 square feet in size, it has a spacious, open first floor plan. It has a grand two story stairwell along with four bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms. Decks on the both the front and rear of the house provide plenty of outdoor living space.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for designing our beautiful home! We are absolutely thrilled! It was obvious from our first meeting that you listen to your clients….the fact that we loved your first design and made no significant changes proves that you took our needs and requests to heart.”
