Traa-Sundra Residence
This Linwood, NJ couple needed more space for their family and decided to enlarge their existing garage and storage space and treat themselves to a luxurious new master suite at the same time. Rebuilding the existing attached garage and adding a new second floor above provided all the space they could want.
Getzoff Residence
This 1940’s one and half story, cement block walled bungalow simply did not fit the extended family of the homeowners. On an extra small lot in Margate, NJ, the site was tiny and the quarters cramped. The architect pushed, pulled, and squeezed, and came up with a design of a two story home that contained five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all in less than 2000 square feet. The stairwell leads to a large attic with the potential to be finished off to provide even more space in the future.
