Green Residence

This New England Cottage is actually located in Margate, NJ. Built on the footprint of the existing structure, this new beach house, completed in 2007, has an inviting open first floor plan. The dining room, in stage center, sits under a barrel vault ceiling. Beautiful open stairs lead to the next level. The second floor boasts not one, but two master bedroom suites, along with two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. The third floor completes the home with yet another bedroom suite and a large playroom. The exterior feels cozy with its stone façade, shingle style siding, and craftsman designed columns. The house graced the cover of the February/March issue of From House to Home magazine.

“Our vision of a “beach cottage” was delivered above and beyond our expectations. No one can believe how spacious and functional this house is, sitting on our original lot. Our family loves and utilizes every room. Working with you was truly a pleasure, and your ability to take a concept to fruition was superb. Thanks again for a job well done!”

Rynn Residence

The homeowners of this house wished for a “grand estate” for themselves. Having a large piece of land, they were able to fulfill their wish with this beautiful traditional home. The two story great room can be opened to the formal living room, creating a fantastic entertaining space. The formal dining room, kitchen, home office, and master suite finish the first floor. The second floor has another three bedrooms, two full baths, and an amazing game room.

Traditional Style

The Traditional Style is pure Americana. This style brings childhood memories to the forefront of one’s thoughts. Shingle style facades, grand porches supported by large columns, and substantial trim work create the look.

“We just wanted to write you a note telling you how happy we are with the house. You did an amazing job. Everything turned out perfect. You are a real pleasure to work with. You knew exactly what I wanted and you accomplished it.”
